"Star Spangled Support"

Want to show your patriotism this month by supporting our troops in Iraq? REMC members have asked us to serve as a collection site for items to send to the 151st Army National Guard stationed in Iraq. Many of us know people or have loved ones embedded with this group and it’s our pleasure to participate. We’re calling this collection campaign “Star Spangled Support!”

If you’d like to participate in the “Star Spangled Support” of our Indiana National Guard, the REMC will be collecting items on this list between July 1 and Aug. 15.

• Ink pens
• Microwave popcorn
• Toothpaste
• Toothbrush
• Dental floss
• Shaving cream
• Soaps
• Shampoo
• Deodorant
• Lip balm
• Nail clippers
• Nail file
• Jars of cheese spread
• Plastic spoons and knives
• Flashlight batteries
• Unscented baby wipes
