All members who are experiencing hardship due to the pandemic can rest easy, knowing that we have temporarily suspended all late penalties and service interruptions. In the near future, service interruptions will resume and we will make every effort to notify you.
Local agencies are now offering assistance to those that have been affected by COVID-19. If your paycheck was reduced due to fewer hours, temporary shut down, layoff, permanent business closure, etc. you may qualify for $350 for heating utility assistance.
